Connections
Connections let Interface work with the services where your information already lives: email, calendar, source control, issue trackers, documents, and more.
Connect a service
Open Settings, choose Connections, and connect the service you want the agent to use. After sign-in, Interface can use that service in chats and agent tasks according to the permissions you grant.
What connections enable
- Reading source material such as emails, events, issues, repositories, and documents.
- Drafting updates in the right place.
- Preparing summaries from multiple services.
- Taking approved actions such as creating a task or updating a record.
Approvals and limits
Connections do not mean every action is automatic. Interface can ask before writes, sends, deletes, or other sensitive changes. You can disconnect a service whenever you want.
