Settings

Settings control the way Interface connects, imports, syncs, displays, and behaves.

Integrations

Open Connections to connect services and manage the permissions those integrations can use.

System permissions

Review macOS permissions for window management, screen capture, voice and media input, device scanning, and file access. If a feature is unavailable, Settings shows what access is missing.

Imports

Bring existing material into Interface by importing an Obsidian vault, Apple Notes, or browser bookmarks from supported browsers.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Customize shortcuts for common actions such as opening the palette, switching workspaces, creating tabs, and focusing chat.

Activity sync

Control whether Interface sends a snapshot of computer activity to memory every 15 minutes, and review the activity log.

Appearance

Choose the theme and visual preferences that make Interface comfortable for daily work.

About

Check the installed Interface version, look for updates, and apply an update when one is ready.

Default Model

Set the model used by default when starting new conversations.

Choose whether Interface resizes workspace windows when sidebars open, and whether specialists appear in the sidebar.

Account

Review which account is signed in and sign out when needed.
